Our shopping cart will allow you to place your order securely by Credit Card, PayPal or to call in your payment information.

Phone in orders

We no longer accept phoned in orders. For accuracy and the utmost security, please use the Website to place your order.

You may email an order to info@whimbeads.com . Do not include credit card information. We will call you for payment when your order is ready to ship.


All US orders over $35 qualify for Free Shipping!
For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $ 4.00 will be added. Orders under $15 will have a $ 0.75 small order fee added.

All International orders over $100 will receive a $15 credit toward Shipping! We charge an estimate of $25 on your order total. If your portion is more than than, you will be contacted for the additional amount. If it is less, you will be automatically refunded the difference.

We use USPS for shipping almost exclusively. It is cost effective and easy to insure, track and confirm when needed.
If you would like to us insure your package, please include a comment on your order. We will add this amount to your total. We are not responsible for shipments after they leave our facility.
If you require your package to be shipped other than USPS First Class or Priority Mail, please notify us when you place your order.


We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Paypal.
All International payments must be in US funds.
Due to the increase in credit card fraud:
Any package with a different “Bill to” & “Ship to” address will need to be verified before the package will ship.
We will need a valid phone number in order to contact the “Bill to” party and this information must match up with your credit card company or your order will be voided.
We will not accept any International orders where the “Bill to” & “Ship to” addresses are different unless you have a pre-authorization from us.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us before you send back product. Product must be returned postage paid, unopened and in sell-able condition for a store credit within 10 days of the date on your invoice. A 10% restocking fee may be applied. If more than 1/2 of your order is returned for a refund you will be expected to cover the original shipping charges – your refunded amount will reflect this.
No returns will be accepted on special orders.

We do not offer a backorder service. We make every effort to ship your order complete. If we can bring in an out-of-stock item in a reasonable time, we will give you the option of holding your order until the product arrives. If you choose, you can pay $3.00 for backordered items to ship separately. Otherwise, you will be promptly refunded for the product(s) not shipped; please add the item(s) on your next order.
