Shipping
We ship smaller packages (10lbs and under) by Priority Mail. Larger packages are generally shipped by UPS, unless you specify otherwise.
All packages over $75 will be insured at our discretion.

All International payments must be in US funds.
Due to the increase in credit card fraud:
Any package with a different "Bill to" & "Ship to" address will need to be verified before the package will ship.
We will need a valid phone number in order to contact the "Bill to" party and this information must match up with your credit card company or your order will be voided.
We will not accept any International orders where the "Bill to" & "Ship to" addresses are different unless you have pre-authorization from us.

Discounts
Discounts are offered on most of the products on our website. The price will be adjusted as you reach the discount level. Many can be combined to acheive the discounted price! Look for the -star- symbol at the top of the page. This will indicate that all items in that category will automatically combine for your discounted pricing.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any *unopened* packages for a store credit within 10 days of the date on your invoice. No returns will be accepted on special orders. Please read the page headings for each area to see if there are any other restrictions for returns before placing your order.

Backorders
At this time, we do not offer a backorder service. If we are out of stock in an item, please re-order at a later date. We will make every effort to keep the website updated so that what you see is what we have in stock.
